Mezzanine is located in a truly beautiful location inside a protected park, just five minutes from the Mayan ruins. Because of its unique location within a conservation zone, entry to the park requires a small fee to support preservation efforts. This fee will be deducted from your restaurant bill, and guests staying at Mezzanine will receive access bracelets for convenient re-entry during their stay. Please note that vehicle access and parking is limited to protect the area’s natural flora and fauna. On-site parking is limited at Mezzanine. We recommend arriving via private airport transfer or taxi, where possible. If you require assistance on the day of your visit, please contact our concierge team who will be happy to help +52 984 131 1596
The entrance is well signposted from the main road from Cancun, then follow the road until you get to the sea and then turn right to enter the park. Mezzanine is just five minutes along the one way system.
