HOW TO GET HERE

Mezzanine is located within a protected area surrounded by stunning jungle and just five minutes from the iconic Mayan ruins. By official regulation, entry to the park requires a small contribution that supports preservation efforts, which will be deducted from your bill. As a guest, you will receive access bracelets to facilitate re-entry during your stay. Access for combustion engine vehicles is not permitted as a measure to protect the natural flora and fauna of the area. Electric vehicles such as cars, motorcycles, and scooters may enter the area. Please note that on-site parking is limited. We recommend contacting our concierge team prior to your arrival to reserve a space. Transport will be available within the area to facilitate visitor mobility. MAKE A RESERVATION

A restaurant or hotel reservation is essential at all times to enter the natural area.

REMEMBER THAT WE ARE LOCATED WITHIN A NATURAL AREA. PLEASE FOLLOW THESE CONTROL MEASURES:

  • The official access hours to the park are from 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • A valid restaurant or hotel reservation is required to enter at all times.
  • The restaurant service ends at 9:00 PM.
  • Combustion engine vehicles will not be able to access the Natural Area, only electric vehicles no taller than 2.20 meters will be admitted.
  • Parking within the protected area is limited, and we recommend contacting our concierge team for assistance and to secure a space for your vehicle. Please reach out to our concierge at +52 984 131 1596 for more details.
  • The maximum speed for any type of vehicle traveling through the southern access and within the park must not exceed 20 km/h.
  • The entry of any type of pets is not allowed.
  • Every national or foreign visitor must comply with the payment of fees for the non-extractive use of natural and scenic elements carried out in the Protected Natural Areas, both marine and terrestrial (section 198, subsection I Ter of the Federal Law of Rights, local residents with valid official identification are exempt from payment).
  • All users must at all times establish communication with the Direction of the Natural Area, to agree on their collaboration in the planning and management of activities that are carried out or any eventuality that is not established in the present control measures.
  • Access with plastic or glass bottles is prohibited.
  • Smoking cigarettes, cigars, or electronic cigarettes is prohibited.
  • The use of drones is restricted.
  • Access with alcoholic beverages is not allowed.
  • Street vending is not permitted.
